Opening Weekend of the Saratoga Racing Season
Three Distinguished Events, One Very Special Weekend
July 28-29, 2007

There is a 5K Run on Saturday morning which kicks off the Weekend in Saratoga Springs. This is one of the most anticipated runs of the race calendar and draws more than 1,300 runners. Saturday evening brings a Black-Tie Gala and on Sunday, Saratoga Racetrack's At The Rail Pavilion is the stunning location for Sunday's Gourmet Luncheon, where diners can also enjoy an exciting day of racing, casual conversation with Capital Region's business, government and social leaders as well as scintillating celebrities only in Saratoga for the Satins Weekend. Guests can also cheer on their favorites in the two races named for Special Olympics New York on that day.
